๐Ÿ‘‹ GREETINGS, LAB CREW!

This is Ariana, Lead Researcher at Ariana’s Lab – and I’m thrilled to announce that after weeks of setup, calibration, and planning, our lab is officially LIVE! ๐Ÿš€

❓ HYPOTHESIS & LAB PURPOSE

What is this Lab All About?

In traditional labs, scientists test chemicals, metals, and natural phenomena – measuring reactions, documenting patterns, and sharing discoveries. Here at Ariana’s Lab, we apply that same systematic approach to our test subjects: languages and cultures.

Our Hypothesis: Every language and culture holds unique "formulas" that shape how people think, connect, and live – and by breaking these down like experiments, we can build greater understanding between communities.

So far, I’ve studied and explored:

- Sundanese: The heart of where I grew up in Sumedang – from traditional kacapi suling music lyrics to how we use honorifics to show respect

- Indonesian: Our national language that connects over 17,000 islands – adapting and growing with each generation

- English: The global bridge that opens doors to international collaboration – with quirks and idioms that tell stories of its own

- Korean: A language tied to cutting-edge culture and technology – where Hangul’s scientific design makes it one of the world’s most unique scripts

- Japanese: A blend of ancient tradition and modern innovation – with different writing systems for different contexts

- Arabic: A language that carries centuries of art, history, and faith – written right-to-left with stunning calligraphic forms

๐Ÿ CLOSING NOTE

Languages are more than just words – they’re living systems that evolve, adapt, and bring people together. At Ariana’s Lab, we’ll be rolling up our sleeves (and putting on our lab coats!) to dive deep into these amazing systems, one experiment at a time. Thank you for being part of our research journey – let’s discover the world through words together! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿงช
